Alaban Lopez uses the planer which he purchased with his loan.  He has a waiting list of clients for the fine furniture which he is now able to produce.

Cesai Lopez learned to weld as a migrant worker in Mexico City.  With his loan he is able to use that skill in El Porvenir

Aurea Lopez of Santo Domingo Nuxaa was able to purchase and install a pay phone with her loan.

Herminia Hernandez returns from Oaxaca with pots, which she has purchased with her loan to resell at the local market.  By making weekly trips, she is able to easily pay back the $75 she was loaned within the six month term and enjoy a substantial profit.

Onofra Garcia of El Sabinal used her loan to purchase a refrigerator and now she sells tacos to the school children.  With her profits she has been able to open a small milling business as well.

Onofra has also been able to expand her small store through the loan she received.

Susana Lopez of Nuxaa had received medical training as part of an earlier project.   She used her loan to stock her small clinic.

Elda Lopez used her loan to start a small handicrafts business, making tortilla covers for local farmers, as well as selling them to visitors.

Jaime Garcia is using his loan to purchase equipment which will allow him to improve the quality of his already prized toys.  He hopes to break into the regional market in Nochixtlan.
